The Bank of Scotland has announced they are offering first time buyers and home movers £500 cashback on qualifying mortgages.
Mortgages taken out using before the 3rd May this year using eligible products will be given £500 cashback, subject to terms and conditions.
The £500 cashback can be put towards mortgage fees or purchases for the new property.
The offer is available to first time buyers and home movers who apply for an qualifying mortgage between the 9th of March and the 3rd of May 2015, and complete.
Funds will be paid upon competition via the customer’s conveyancer (a lawyer who specialises in property).
The deal excludes ‘Shared Equity (including Help to Buy – Equity Loan Scheme), Shared Ownership, Equity Support, Buy to Let and applications through Halifax Intermediaries’.
